基地位于城市核心公共空间主轴线以西，以独特的建筑形态围合中心广场，设计充分反应这一独特的向心张力。设计强调屋顶建构的整体性，钢结构构件斜交形成网状，覆盖区域达122米，内部无柱空间结构跨度达到63米，形态完整的屋顶之下是纯净的立面，通高玻璃幕墙的设计，使得内部丰富的空间若隐若现，简洁而富有变化。

Introduction
The site is located on the west of the main axis of the core urban public space. It surrounds the central square with the unique architectural form.The design fully conveys the particular radial tension of the site.The design emphasizes the integrity of the roof construction and the steel structure oblique into a net, covering an area of more than 122 meters in length. The internal structure space without columns spans 63 meters.Below the complete roof is a pure façade. The design of the curtain wall makes the internal space rich and concealed, concise and full of change.
